standard installation
Elite Solar Tiles™ are integrated in exactly the same way as conventional interlocking roof tiles, and are installed using conventional roofing practice. One Elite Solar Tile™ is equal in dimensions and weight to three standard roof tiles, with 33 tiles per square (1.15 kW DC).
no specialist skills required
All roofing work is carried out by the roofing contractor and no electrical work is required on the roof, allowing the electrical and plumbing work to follow the standard construction schedule.
no ground wires
No metal components means no need to run ground wires on the roof.
no additional planning needed
Elite Solar Tiles™ sit flush with conventional roof tiles, eliminating the need to alter roof lines or pitch.
small string sizes
The high voltage of the Elite Solar Tile™ provides for smaller string sizes, creating the possibility for a larger system size in a limited space.
